The Pearl
This is for the clients who’d like to plan most aspects of their event, but need some guidance from an industry expert.
Coordination Includes:
❖ Unlimited Communication: via phone calls, emails, and face to-face meetings.
❖ Contract Review: we ask clients to send us a copy of all signed vendor contracts, including contracts signed prior to working with Unique Weddings.
❖ Access to a List of Recommended Vendors
❖ Assistance Booking Hotel Room Blocks:
❖ Transportation: we will organize all of your transportation needs.
❖ Creating Your Floor Plan: flow is very important to the success of your wedding. Our years of experience in the catering world have given us the knowledge to design your event to optimize flow.
❖ Rentals: we will offer you choices regarding rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, special lighting, dance floors, bars, furniture, etc.
❖ Tastings: we will attend the food tasting with you and help you create a balanced menu.
❖ Banquet Event Order which includes every detail of your wedding day, including a detailed timeline, a ceremony outline, instructions for each vendor along with any special details.
❖ Secondline Coordination

The Fleur De Lis
This package is best for clients who need help with ceremony and reception locations, securing vendors and need a more “hands on” planner.
Planning Includes all items listed in “The Pearl” PLUS:
❖ Initial Meeting or Phone Call learn more about your vision for your wedding, as well as your personal style and budget.
❖ Potential Venue Research: Once we have determined your top choices, Unique Weddings will contact these venues to determine the dates they are available and then schedule site visits in which we will accompany you to
. ❖ Vendor Research: which hotels, photographers, videographers, bands or DJs, hair and makeup artists, ceremony musicians, officiates are available on your wedding date who work well with your vision and budget.
❖ Overall Design Concept: After getting a more complete sense of your style, we will match you with the best florist and design vendors.
❖ Event Manager: will meet with you when you arrive in New Orleans. At this meeting we will collect any items you are providing for the wedding day (i.e. programs, hankies, family photos, cake knife and server, etc.) and finalize vendor payments that are due on the day of your event.
The Diamond
The Diamond package is full service planning for both the rehearsal dinner and ceremony/reception. Also available to plan additional events such as the Bridal Luncheon
Planning includes all items listed in “The Pearl” and “The Fleur de Lis” PLUS:
❖ Potential Venue Research: assist with choosing a rehearsal dinner location.
❖ Photographer and Videographer: proper scheduling to capture all special moments at your rehearsal dinner if you would like these vendors to be present.
❖ Create Overall Design Concept: for your rehearsal dinner.
❖ Printed Materials: assistance with rehearsal dinner invitations, menu, escort cards, place cards and table numbers/names if needed.
❖ Rentals: should you need to rent tables, chairs, linens, furniture, etc. we will work with you to choose items that match the rehearsal dinner’s design concept.
❖ A/V Equipment: procuring a television or projector for slide shows, a sound system for toasts, or a DJ or small band for entertainment.
❖ Banquet Event Order: a complete timeline of the rehearsal dinner, detailing setup, dinner itself, and vendor breakdown. ❖ Event Manager: to oversee the setup, rehearsal dinner, and vendor breakdown.
❖ End of Night: packing up your personal belongings and either returning these items to your hotel or delivering the items to a member of your family prior to our departure.
