The bags contain a full weekend ternary, New Orleans treats, hangover kits. On Friday they welcomed they welcome their guest to New Orleans with a cocktail party at the Mazarin Hotel. The food from the Mazarin was impeccable and guest loved the casual feeling of the candlelit courtyard and the chance to catch up with family, old friends and meet some new ones. The evening ended early so everyone could rest up for the main events. Julia Bailey Photography was there to capture it all weekend.
Saturday morning started at the Windsor court Hotel for hair and makeup. As everyone relaxed and enjoyed lunch the festivities were beginning. The groomsmen met in the groom’s suite for lunch and to get dressed. This amazingly close group of friends laughed all day and enjoyed every minute of being together.
Abby’s mother and her sister helped her in to her beautiful Liancarlo Dress and veil. Her champagne rhinestone Badgley Mischka were the perfect complement to her dress. Her matron of honor gave her Michal Megrin earrings to wear as her something new, her something old and borrowed was her grandmother’s vintage Jade broach, that would eventually hold up the bustle on her dress, that was borrowed from her aunt and her something blue was a Baba studio clutch.
Then it was time for her first look with her dad. That picture speak for itself.
The bride and groom’s first look took place in the courtyard of the Windsor court and she took Dave’s breath away.
After a few moments alone they were joined by their friends for some great pictures in the French Quarter. They head to Board of trade for family pictures where they would be the first to see Abby and Dave’s vision come to life.
